  • Where to find PHYTOMER products?

    PHYTOMER products are distributed exclusively in Spas, Beauty Salons and Thalassotherapy Centres. To find your nearest sales outlet, click here.

  • Are Phytomer products tested on animals?

    In accordance with European regulations, we do not test on animals.

  • Can PHYTOMER products be used during pregnancy?

    Most of our products have no contraindications for use during pregnancy. However, pregnancy is a very special physiological condition and we recommend that you consult a doctor to confirm the use or application of cosmetic products.

  • Where can I find information about ingredients?

    You can find the composition on the label (list of ingredients) on each of our products as well as on the description sheet dedicated to it on the website.
    We are at your disposal if you wish to obtain more information.

  • Are your products gluten-free?

    Our products are not positioned to cater for special diets. As a result, we do not claim to be "gluten-free" and do not verify the absence of gluten in our products.

  • Where are your products made?

    A Breton company, Phytomer manufactures all of its products in its own laboratory in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. We control the entire manufacturing process and use environmentally friendly methods at every stage.

  • Do I need to create an account to order online?

    Creating an account is recommended as it will allow you to store your personal details and save time when placing a future order. You will also have access to your personal space and be able to track your orders and modify your personal information. You can opt for the "Quick Order" option, which does not require you to create a Phytomer account, but you will have to enter your personal information again for future orders.

  • What happens to my personal data?

    Your personal data is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices. This information is strictly confidential.
    In accordance with the French law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and liberties, the processing of personal information collected on this site has been declared to the CNIL and any user of the site has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her by writing to "Phytomer UK c/o Australian Bodycare UK ltd - Bodycare House, Sham Farm Business Units, - Eridge Green, Tunbridge Wells - TN3 9JA - United Kingdom".

  • I have lost my password

    If you have lost your password, you can generate a new one automatically:
    - - On the login window, click on "Forgot your password".
    - Enter your email address
    - Click on "Send".
    - Receive an email with the subject "[PHYTOMER] Forgot your password".
    If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
    - In this mail, click on the link to choose your new password
    - On the page, enter your new password and click on " Confirm ".

  • Can I order from abroad?

    The sale of our products is restricted to the United Kingdom.

  • How much are the delivery costs?

    We recommend delivery to your nearest Phytomer partner spa, this delivery is free of charge. To find out which spa is closest to you, click here.
    We charge a delivery fee of £4.5 for home delivery. This fee is free for purchases of over £35.

  • Is the payment secure?

    Online payment is totally secure and confidentiality is guaranteed. The bank transaction is carried out directly between you and our payment partner. At no time do your banking details pass through the Phytomer website.
    For orders delivered to spas, payment will be made directly when the products are picked up at the spa, in accordance with the spa's terms of sale.

  • What is 3D Secure?

    We use 3-D Secure on our site. This system is a secure Internet payment protocol. It limits the risk of fraud by ensuring your identity by sending a code to your mobile phone. This code is required to confirm your order.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can track the status of your orders and download your invoice at any time on your personal space, heading MY ORDERS / History & details.
    If you have not created an account, click on the "Guest Tracking" link that was sent to you in your order confirmation email.

  • What are the delivery times?

    Home delivery: products are delivered to your home within an average of 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order. These times may vary depending on your geographical area
    Spa delivery: the products will be made available in your reference spa within an average of 2 working days, during the opening hours of the sales outlet.

  • My order is wrong/incomplete

    Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be notified to Phytomer UK c/o Australian Bodycare UK ltd's customer service by e-mail to "" or by telephone on 01892 750850 within 14 days of the delivery date.

    Any missing product will be redirected or replaced after a period of investigation with the carrier.

  • How do I return a product?

    You have 14 working days from the date of your order to return at your own expense any products that you are not satisfied with and cancel your order. The products must be returned in their original unopened packaging and condition and accompanied by the duly completed delivery slip to the following address Phytomer UK c/o Australian Bodycare UK ltd Customer Service - Bodycare House, Sham Farm Business Units, - Eridge Green, Tunbridge Wells - TN3 9JA - United Kingdom.
    Phytomer will reimburse the sums corresponding to the products and the initial delivery costs within a maximum of 30 days.
    For orders delivered to spas, any return of products is subject to the general terms and conditions of sale in effect at the reference spa you have selected.
